Professional experience ( CV (including publications), short version - NSF format ) :
2010-present
Since 2009 member of the ATLAS collaboration, CERN, Switzerland. Developed and supported computing clusters for ATLAS data
analysis at NIU and California State University (Fresno). Since 2011 developing the data acquisition system for the
Proton Computed Tomography (pCT) collaboration (NIU).
2007-2010
In 2007-2008 coordinator of the NIU/Delhi University group for search of new particles using D0 data
(including standard model Higgs boson in ZH channel). With the D0 New Phenomena and Higgs groups
conducted (2008-2010)
"Search for scalar bottom quarks and third-generation leptoquarks"
using 5.2 fb-1 dataset.
Participated in the development of the data acquisition framework (beam tests) for the detector prototype for future electron-positron International Linear Collider (2007).
2002-2006
Since 2002 work for Northern Illinois Center for
Accelerator and
Detector Development (NICADD). Developed the computational cluster for the
NICADD Detector and Accelerator groups ($200000 project).
Conducted analysis of the D0 data: "A Search for Charge 1/3 Third
Generation
Leptoquarks In Muon Channels" (
Ph.D, NIU, 2006). Prepared
the Phys. Rev. Letters publication "Search for Third Generation Scalar
Leptoquarks".
1999-2002
Since 1999 member of the D0 collaboration, FNAL, USA.
Developed and implemented fast muon track-finding algorithms for the D0 L2 muon
Trigger (VME based hardware and TI DSP processors),
The Level-2 Muon Trigger at D0, IEEE Trans. Nucl. Sci. 49, 1589 (2002)
1996-1999
Member of CMS collaboration at the European Laboratory for Particle Physics
(CERN), Switzerland.
Study/design of the Very Forward calorimeter module.
1993-1996
MIS ITEP experiment , Institute for High Energy Physics, Protvino,
Russia.
Calibrating and installing the electromagnetic calorimeter
for the experiment. Worked out the algorithm for analysis of
calorimeter
information, coded and tested it.
